  1. Order Cancellation
    • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order processing begins immediately.

  2. Refund Policy
    • Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds will only be provided in cases where the order is incorrect, damaged, or does not meet the expected quality.
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, along with relevant proof (photos of the product and packaging).
    • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
